Payment 

February 14, 2018

Please feel free to make your payment at the time that you schedule your appointments. Payments are due before every cleaning service.   If you are paying with a debit/credit cards, the payment must be placed 24 hours before your initial cleaning service and taxes may apply. If paying by check payment must be made 72 hours before our initial cleaning service. Please feel free to Tip our house keepers and I hope that you have enjoyed your cleaning experience with Emerald Cleaning Service. You will receive an invoice by email within 48 hours upon the completion of your cleaning service.


Satisfaction 

March 15, 2018

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our professional cleaning service, please contact the office within 24 hours of your initial house cleaning to schedule a day and time that the specific areas will be cleaned.

Referral Discount

March 15, 2018

We offer 10% off the next cleaning service to our clients who give a referral. He or she needs to schedule a cleaning service and mention the client's name. Contact the office for more information.

Special or Miscellaneous Projects 

March 15, 2018

Special projects are welcomed, however if the project and time are not factored in the estimate, it will have to be done on your next cleaning appointment. Arriving promptly to our client's property is very important.  With extra projects that were not factored in, we might arrive at the next appointment late.

Pets 

March 15, 2018

If there is a pet in your property, please notify the office.  We ask the you place your pet in a secure area that will be safe for both the pet and the housekeeper.

Sick Policy

March 15, 2018

If someone in your property is sick with a contagious illness, please contact the office to reschedule your cleaning appointment at a later time. It is very important that we do not contaminate your or our other client’s property by transferring germs from one place to another.

Rescheduling Appointments 

March 15, 2018

Please contact the office to reschedule your appointment no later than 48 hours before your initial appointment date, and we will reschedule your cleaning at a more convenient time.
